1. Introduction

8. Inactive Accounts
If your account remains inactive for 12 consecutive months — defined as no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wager — we may apply a monthly inactivity fee against any remaining balance, in line with industry standards. Accounts dormant for extended periods may be closed entirely, in which case any remaining balance will be returned to you where possible.
9. Limitation of Liability
We provide our services on an “as is” basis. 11. Account Closure

On closure, any remaining balance — minus any forfeited bonus funds or amounts subject to investigation — will be returned to you using the original deposit method.
